My name is Alexander and I am from Foxborough, MA. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor's degree in political science. I minored in Russian. During my college years, I worked as a tutor for my fellow classmates. Additionally, I have worked with some younger students as well. I am currently tutoring students in geometry, Russian, English, AP English Literature, and SAT preparation. I know that all students work best when they are able to work how they want and at a pace that suits them.Out of all of the courses I tutor, Russian is probably my favorite. This is because I am highly interested in culture and language and I like sharing that interest with my students.While I excel in many subjects, I find that I do best in algebra, elementary and middle school math, reading, writing, literature, college essays, and grammar and mechanics.In my free time I enjoy reading, playing the piano, being outside, biking, and playing Game of Thrones.
